Gary Chapman

Senior Lecturer, Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs

Gary Chapman joined UT Austin in 1994. He teaches and conducts research on Internet policy, telecommunications and technology policy, and ways in which the Internet revolution shapes organizations. He is also associate director of the University's Telecommunications and Information Policy Institute, a campus-wide research program.
