Rui Gonçalves

Rui Gonçalves is a PhD student in the MAP-i joint doctoral program in Computer Science, currently spending six months at UT Austin to attend courses and work with his co-advisor at UT CS, Don Batory.

His PhD thesis in progress is in parallel programming, particularly methodologies that improve modularity and promote the incremental development of parallel applications.
