Biography:
Otília Macedo Reis has completed undergraduate and graduate studies in International Relations (ISCSP, U. Lisbon), International Cooperation and Development (ISEG, U. Lisbon), and Public Policy (ISCTE-IUL).
Her career has been developed in an international environment, having worked in the Portugal-Angola Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in an international law firm and, since 2001, at the Fulbright Commission in Portugal, where she is the Executive Director since 2007.
