Postdoctoral Fellow at UT Austin

The University of Texas at Austin is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to perform research in systems under the BigHPC project.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on various topics related to virtualization, storage systems, and high-performance computing;
  • Participate/assist in writing of publication in scientific journals and/or presentations. May also assist in grant writing;
  • Present research progress and finding at meetings and conferences;
  • Work closely with graduate students on research.

Required qualifications: Must have received a PhD in computer science or a related field within the last three years

Work plan: The work plan is part of the BigHPC project and includes performing research in systems with Vijay Chidambaram on topics such as virtualization, storage systems, and high-performance computing.

Workplace: Work will be developed at the Department of Computer Science of The University of Texas at Austin.

Position duration: Position is expected to terminate on August 31, 2022, but may continue if funding is available.
