“Sword Health – the latest Portuguese unicorn – has purchased the software development unit of the technology solutions startup Bright Technologies, the company announced this Tuesday in a statement. The acquisition will reinforce the company’s expansion and growth plans, which are still hiring more than 150 professionals in the engineering and product areas.”
