The first supercomputer to operate in Portugal was inaugurated on Friday, in Riba d’Ave, Minho, allowing the start of activities of the Minho Advanced Computing Center (MACC), of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), which will increase in about 10 times the national computing capacity.
