Advanced Computing underpins scientific discovery and technological innovation across disciplines. In Phase 4, this program area will continue to strengthen Portugal–Texas cooperation in high-performance computing, data-driven science, and computational engineering.
The area builds on long-standing collaboration between Portuguese research institutions and UT Austin’s leadership in advanced computing infrastructures.
Scope in Phase 4
Phase 4 activities will focus on expanding computational capacity, skills, and applications that enable researchers to tackle increasingly complex scientific and industrial challenges.
