Phase IV Program Leadership – Portugal (Update)
We warmly welcome Professor Rute André (University of Aveiro, CICECO) to the Portuguese leadership of the Program alongside Professor Rui Oliveira (University of Minho, INESC TEC), who continues to lead the Partnership from Phase III. Both appointments, made by FCT, the Program’s sponsor, took effect in October 2025, marking an important step in implementing the new governance model.
