September 26 | September 27
The annual 2019 TACC Symposium for Texas Researchers is a meeting of scientists, engineers and scholars from across the state of Texas who use, and would like to use, the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) to advance their research goals.
This meeting will be an opportunity for researchers to showcase ongoing research involving TACC resources, attend and participate in Birds-of-a-Feather panel discussions, learn new and useful computing skills from a variety of tutorials, network with other Texas-based researchers, and hear information about the latest TACC systems and services.
The event will be held on September 26-27, 2019 at the Texas Advanced Computing Center in Austin, Texas.
Registration is now open. More information here.
TACCSTER is accepting abstracts to be considered for poster presentation. Abstracts should highlight original research or related activities performed on TACC systems (any field of study). The deadline for submission is August 9, and presenters will be notified of acceptance by August 23. For more information and guidelines see this webpage.
The symposium will include tutorials and various panels between the two days. See the preliminary agenda here.
